Eloy Garcia, Sr., 76, of Littlefield passed away Wednesday Dec. 13, 2023 at home. He was born Jan. 8, 1947 in Skidmore, TX to Rosendo and Romana Elizando Garcia. Eloy was tough and hardworking, a true handman and a jack of all trades. Eloy could fix anything.
