The Springlake-Earth Wolverines’ varsity basketball team throttled Dimmitt on Saturday, 73-39, to improve to 2-3 overall on the season. It was a tight game early-on, with the Wolverines leading the Bobcats, 19-16, at the end of quarter number one.

LADY CATS FALL AT HOME TO 59-38

The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity basketball team fell at home last Saturday to the Levelland Loboettes, 59-38, in non-district play. With the loss, the Lady Cats fall to 1-5 overall, 1-0 in district play.

The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity basketball team took down the Springlake-Earth Wolverines last Friday, 54-34, at Wildcat GPI”. With the win, the Wildcats improve to 5-3 overall, while the Wolverines fall to 1-3 overall on the season.
