The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity basketball team won a non-district match-up at home over the Sundown Roughnecks, 65-22. With the win, the Wildcats improve to 8-5 overall on the season.

The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity basketball team took down the Slaton Tigerettes on Tuesday at Wildcat 50-34. With the win, the Lady Cats improve to 4-5 overall on the year.

The Sudan Nettes’ varsity basketball team closed out the predistrict schedule on Tuesday with a home victory over Farwell, 57-48. With the win, the Nettes improve to 6-11 overall heading into district play.

NETTES FALL IN SECOND MEETING WITH IDALOU, 67-47

The Sudan Nettes’ varsity basketball team fell at home to the Idalou Lady Cats last Tuesday, 67-47. With the loss, the Nettes fall to 4-11 overall on the season. Idalou jumped out to a six-point lead in the first quarter, leading the Nettes, 16-10, going into quarter number two.

The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity basketball team struggled to get going offensively on Tuesday afternoon, as they fell on the road to the Farwell Steers, 45-29. With the loss, the Wildcats fall to 7-5 overall, 1-0 in district play heading into the Christmas break.
