The Anton Bulldog and Lady Dogs’ varsity cross country teams competed at the Lubbock ISD Invitational on Saturday, where the Lady Dogs finished 16 th overall with 369 points.
On the girl’s side, junior, Andalesia Alonzo-Rivera, led the team, finishing 52 nd overall, clocking a time of 16:11.3.
Freshman, Jessica Rodriguez, finished 90 th overall with a time of 18:12.8, while freshman, Isabela Juarez, finished 93 rd , clocking a time of 18:24.7.
Junior, Bridget Thomas, finished 101 st with a time of 18:52.9, while freshman, Aspyn Cooper, finished 128 th with a time of 23:10.2.
On the boy’s side, freshman, Adrian Castillo finished 39 th overall with a time of 22:11.0.
