Lfd. XC competes at WT Twilight Meet The Littlefield Wildcat and Lady Cats’ varsity and JV cross country teams competed at the 2026 WT XC Twilight Meet last Thursday.
Angel Pacheco led the Wildcats with a sixthplace finish, clocking a time of 11:29.00. Daylan Norwood finished 19th with a time of 13:38.00, while Aydan Manicchia finished 20th with a time of 13:45.00, and Carson Robinson finished 23rd with a time of 14:03.00.
Anaei Ojeda led the Lady Cats with a top ten finish, as she clocked a time of 14:29.00. Adrianna Caudillo finished 18th overall with a time of 15:46.00, while Evelynn Castillo finished 19th with a time of 15:53.00.
In the JV girl’s race, Myah Castillo placed fourth overall, clocking a time of 14:59.00, while Alyson Hernandez finished 12th overall with a time of 16:40.00, and Aubree Richardson finished 14th with a time of 16:50.00. Rhealee Golden finished 15th with a time of 17:14.00, while Bella Enloe finished 18th with a time of 17:28.00.
Addy Figueroa finished 22nd with a time of 18:28.00, while Bailee Griffin finished 24th with a time of 19:05.00, and Dalinda Habekott finished 29th with a time of 20:32.00.
In the JV Boy’s race, Johnny Shea finished 20th with a time of 14:36.00, while Craig Jennings finished 21st with a time of 14:40.00, and Brayden Black finished 30th with a time of 16:04.00. Christian Mata finished 32nd with a time of 16:35.80.
The Littlefield cross country teams were back in action on Saturday in Hereford. Results were not available at press time. They will host the Littlefield Invitational on Sept. 12th for their next event.
