The Sudan Hornets’ varsity cross country team competed at the Lubbock ISD Invitational on Saturday, where they finished 12 th overall with a total of 310 points.
Senior, Edgar Delgado, finished 53 rd with a time of 21:38.1, while sophomore, Alan Flores, finished 56 th with a time of 21:42.7, and sophomore, Joseph Willeford, finished 86 th with a time of 23:45.1.
Sophomore, Enrique Gonzalez, finished 95 th overall with a time of 24:36.2, and junior, Josue Cervera, finished 115 th with a time of 28:26.1.
The Hornets will be in action again on Saturday, Oct. 2 nd , at Sundown.
