The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity volleyball team picked up their first win of the season Tuesday afternoon when they took down Wildorado in five sets at Wildcat Gym.
With the win, the Lady Cats improve to 1-2 overall on the season.
The Lady Cats came up just short in set one, falling, 22-25, but they bounced back in set two with a, 25-22, victory. They took set three, 25-20, but fell in set four, 15- 25, forcing a deciding set five.
The Lady Cats won a narrow contest in set five, 15-13, to take the match, 3-2.
The Lady Cats will return to action on Monday when they host Idalou at 6 p.m. at Wildcat Gym.
