Robert Mojica, 70, of Cotton Center, died Tuesday, July 20, 2021, in Lubbock. Rosary was said Thursday evening, July 22, 2021, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, in Olton. Mass was celebrated Friday afternoon, July 23, 2021, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with Fr. Jeremy Trull officiating.

Gerry Brent Whiteaker

We celebrate the life of Gerry Brent Whiteaker, beloved father, son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. A memorial service to honor Brent will be held at a future date. Brent passed away after a lengthy illness on July 6, 2021, and has gone to be with his Lord and Savior.

Sammy Smith, age 75, passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2021 in Lubbock. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Fresh Fire Fellowship Church in Lubbock. Interment followed at Littlefield Memorial Park in Littlefield with Pastor Jarrod Dugger officiating.

Lester Driver, 82, went home to his most loving heavenly Father Tuesday morning, July 6, 2021 at his home in Levelland. He was born on March 1, 1939 to Johnnie and Cleo Driver in Lesley, Texas. Lester married the love of his life, Barbara Lee Hancock on June 22, 1963 in Clarendon, Texas.

Jean Bryan Bussanmas, 83, of Littlefield passed away Friday July 2, 2021 after a brief illness. She was born Oct. 18, 1937 in Delta County, TX to Charlie and Lorene Bryan. Jean married Danny Bussanmas in 1954.

Lalo Sierra, 84, of Littlefield passed away Thursday, July 1, 2021 in Littlefield. He was born March 25, 1937 in Millett, TX to Guadalupe Sierra and Pascuala Florez Sierra. Lalo married the love of his life, Josefina Carrion on April 1, 1957 in Littlefield.

Tom Anderson, 83, of Lubbock, formerly of Littlefield, went to be with Jesus Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at his home. He was born Jan. 17, 1938 in Anton, TX to Clarence and Ruby (McCarty) Anderson. Tom graduated from Spade High School in 1956.

Tommy Enox

Tommy Enox, 86, of Anton, TX, was received into God's heavenly presence on Sunday, June 27, 2021. Tommy was born on March 17, 1935 to Willie Thomas Enox and Arwilda Ludia Hodges Enox on a farm in Posey, TX. He was raised in Slaton, TX, and graduated High School in 1955.
