ROBERT MOJICA

Robert Mojica, 70, of Cotton Center, died Tuesday, July 20, 2021, in Lubbock. Rosary was said Thursday evening, July 22, 2021, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, in Olton. Mass was celebrated Friday afternoon, July 23, 2021, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with Fr. Jeremy Trull officiating. Interment followed at Olton Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.

Robert was born Nov. 10, 1950, in Plainview, TX, to Juan and Silbina (Lopez) Mojica He graduated from Cotton Center High School in 1970. In 1971, Robert joined the United States Air Force and was stationed at Sheppard Air Force Base. He earned the rank of Sergeant before his retirement in June of 1976. A member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Olton, Robert enjoyed watching television, especially the news and game shows.
