Lady Cats pick up district win over Tulia, 3-0

The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity volleyball team picked up their first district win of the season on Saturday, sweeping the Tulia Lady Hornettes on the road, 3-0; 25-21, 25-22 and 27-25.With the win, the Lady Cats improve to 16-11 overall, 1-2 in district play.

Trinity Church hosting Pumpkin Trail Oct. 19

Trinity Church will be hosting the annual Community Pumpkin Trail on October 19th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Crescent Park in Littlefield.This is a free, family-friendly event, with games and prizes, hot cocoa and a hay ride. There will also be a photo booth, popcorn and a cake walk.

Lfd. Community Trade Days Halloween Festival

Littlefield Community Trade Days Halloween Festival will be at the Lamb County Ag Building during the Littlefield Community Trade Days on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. During the this Trade Days a Food Drive will take place.

Anton Cemetery Assoc. to hold annual fundraiser

The Anton Cemetery Association is sponsoring a fundraiser lunch, which will be held on Sunday, October 13th.The fundraiser will begin at 11 a.m. until they run out of supplies.The meal will include a Hamburger, chips and a drink and will cost $10 per plate.

Vendors, Food Truck and Home Goods will be at the Lamb County Ag Building during the Littlefield Community Trade Days on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. During the this Trade Days a Food Drive will take place. Please bring nonperishable food to help those who need it through the holidays.
