The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity basketball team topped the Muleshoe Mules on the road on Tuesday night, 58-43. With the win, the Wildcats improve to 14-9 overall, 7-4 in district play.

The Olton Fillies varsity basketball team rallied behind a big second half to edge out the Ralls Lady Rabbits, 49-47, on Tuesday in Plainview, to claim the 2A Region I Bi-district trophy. With the win, the Fillies improve to 15-12 overall on the season.

The 13 th ranked Olton Mustangs’ varsity basketball team clinched the District Championship on Tuesday, 55-50, over the Farwell Steers in Olton. With the win, the Mustangs improve to 22-1 overall, 7-0.

The Littlefield Lady Cats’ throttled the Kermit Yellow Jackets, 88-41, on Thursday evening at the DAG in Denver City to claim the 3A Region I Bi-district trophy. With the win, the Lady Cats improve to 12-7 overall on the season.

The Sudan Nettes’ varsity basketball team swarmed the Post Lady Lopes on Tuesday evening at Lubbock-Cooper High School en route to a, 96-48, victory to claim the 2A Region I Bi-District trophy. With the win, the Nettes improve to 15-12 overall on the year.

3A REGION I BI-DISTRICT CHAMPS – The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity basketball team claimed the Bi-district championship over Kermit on Thursday night when they downed the Yellowjackets, 88-41. The Sudan Nettes’ varsity basketball team secured a piece of the District Championship on Friday with a blowout victory over the Morton Indians at home, 78-26. With the win, the Nettes close out the regular season on with a mark of 14-12 overall, 7-1 in district play.
