Wolverine football team earns several All-Region selections, an All-State selection

The Springlake-Earth Wolverines’ varsity football team garnered some more post-season honors, after the All-State and All-Region selections were recently announced, let by second team All-State Punter, JJ Jaramillo.

Jaramillo was also first team All-Region punter, as well as earning Honorable Mention Utility Back and Cornerback.

Dereck Rosales earned second team All-Region wide receiver and defensive lineman, while Roel Fuentes earned second team All-Region Fullback and Linebacker, and Cain Tovar was second team All-Region Safety. Jerry Gallegos was named second team All-Region Running Back.

Slade Beerwinkle earned Honorable Mention Linebacker, while Gavin Gonzales earned Honorable Mention Tight Center.
