The Littlefield cross country teams hosted the fourth annual Littlefield Invitational last Saturday, where 15 athletes set new personal records.
The varsity boys were led by senior, Noah Villanueva, who placed first overall, setting a new course record with a time of 15:53.24.
Junior, Jasiaha Hernandez, placed seventh overall with a time of 17:30.79, while junior, Daylan Norwood, finished 14th with a time of 18:37.90. Junior, Aydan Manicchia, finished 28th with a time of 19:34.48, while freshman, Carson Robinson, finished 39th with a time of 20:57.97.
The varsity boys finished fifth as a team with 80 points. The varsity girls placed first overall with 64 points,

Junior, Adrianna Caudillo, finished 15th overall with a time of 14:38.32, while sophomore, Alyson Hernandez, finished 22nd overall with a time of 15:02.42. Junior, Jazmin Almance, finished 45th with a time of 16:16.20, while senior, Mattie Seymore, finished 46th with a time of 16:28.43.
In the JV girl’s race, junior, Aubree Richardson, took first place, clocking a time of 15:47.21, while freshman, Addy Figueroa, placed third with a time of 16:35.58, and freshman, Bella Enloe, finished fourth with a time of 16:42.31. Senior, Rhealee Golden, finished sixth with a time of 16:45.47, while freshman, Denise Hinostroza, finished 10th with a time of 17:32.13.
Junior, Bailee Griffin, finished 12th with a time of 18:02.68, and freshman, Dalinda Habekott, finished 13th with a time of 19:13.48.
In the JV boy’s race, the Wildcats were led by Jonny Shea, who placed fifth overall with a time of 22:19.48.
Junior, Craig Jennings, finished seventh with a time of 23:25.91, while freshman, Isahi Vargas, finished eighth with a time of24:41.82. Junior, Brayden Black, finished ninth with a time of 25:31.29.
