William “Bill” Adams, 74, of Slaton passed away Sunday, Feb.5, 2023. Bill was born on May 11, 1948 in Littlefield, TX to William Odell Adams and LaJean Curtis Adams. Bill grew up on the family farm and attended Spade High School. He graduated Valedictorian of his 1968 class.

Nadine Casarez, 72, of Olton, passed away on Monday, Feb. 6, 2023, in Dallas, TX. Rosary was said Thursday evening, Feb. 9, 2023, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Olton. Mass was celebrated Friday afternoon, Feb. 10, 2023, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with Fr. Jeremy Trull officiating.

John Castillo, 78, of Littlefield passed away Feb. 8, 2023 in Amherst. He was born July 29, 1944 in Littlefield to Marcelino Castillo and Juanita Reyes Castillo. John quit school in the 8th grade to work on the farm, because even at an early age he was dedicated to providing for his family.

Jackie Ray Lobaugh, 63, of Littlefield, TX passed away on January 30, 2023. A memorial will be held in Littlefield at a later day to celebrate his life. Jackie was born on April 16, 1959 in Littlefield to Tommie and La Juana (Stamps) Lobaugh. He was married to Kelly Lobaugh.

Brenda Gay ( Hughes) Wilkinson of Granbury, TX, died peacefully in the presence of family on Monday, Jan. 30, 2023 at Medical City Las Colinas. Brenda was born on Nov. 21, 1940 in Cleburne, TX to Oscar Mauris and Velma Ruth (Free)Hughes.

Paul Salinas, Sr., 77, of Littlefield, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2023 in Littlefield. He was born May 30, 1945, in Karnes City, TX to Joseph Salinas and Janie Blanco Salinas. Paul was a hard worker who worked many years in the Oilfield. He was a very responsible and honest man.
