Air Force cadets return to Littlefield for annual training

Air Force Academy cadets are continuing a nearly 40-year-old relationship with Littlefield, TX, returning to the Littlefield Taylor Brown Municipal Airport and Industrial Airpark for their annual training.

Anton senior, Alyssa Mancias signed her letter of intent last Monday morning to continue her basketball and academic career at Wayland Baptist University, where she will play for the Flying Queens.

The Littlefield Wildcat Youth Baseball Camp is set for May 27th through 29th at Wildcat Baseball Field.There will be two sessions; the first session will be for 2nd through 5th graders from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.The second session will be for 6th through ninth graders from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Littlefield FFA hosted its annual end-of-year banquet on May 18, 2026, awarding the organization’s members, recognizing seniors leaving the program and naming the new FFA officers.“When I joined FFA, I knew I was gonna have a plan,” FFA President Ty Carr expressed in his exit speech.
