The Littlefield Wildcats were at Post for a Tournament this past weekend, where they went 2-1.The Wildcats improve to 2-2 overall on the year.In their first game on Friday, the Wildcats held off Big Spring 2-1.

Lady Cats go 3-0 at Randall Tournament

The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity softball team went 3-0 at the Randall Tournament this weekend.The Lady Cats improve to 5-1 overall on the year.In their first game on Saturday, the Lady Cats took down Childress, 3-2, behind five hits as a team.

Mustangs take down WT in overtime, 53-45

The Olton Mustang’s varsity basketball team punched their ticket to the Class 2A-DI Regional Semi-Finals on Friday with a, 5345, overtime victory over the West Texas Comanches at Tascosa High School.“Coming into this game, I knew what kind of physical test this would be.

Wildcats drop season-opener to Lions, 11-1

The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity baseball team got their 2025 season under way on Monday, as they fell on the road to the Trinity Christian Lions, 11-1.
Olton’s Powerlifting team competed at the Chieftain Invitational at Friona High School last week. Jaime Reyna placed second in the 123 lb weight class, while Isaac Florentino placed third in the 181 lb weight class. Ana Maldonado placed fifth in the 132 lb weight class. The Olton Mustang’s varsity basketball team captured the Class 2A-DI Bi-District Championship over New Deal with a, 72-49, victory on Tuesday at Lubbock-Cooper Liberty High School.With the win, the Mustangs are 27-4 overall on the year.

The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity basketball team had their season come to an end on Tuesday night in heartbreaking fashion as they lost their 3A Bi-district round match-up to the Bushland Falcons, 41-39, in Dimmitt.With the loss, the Wildcats finish the season with a mark of 21-9 overall.
