Nettes win nineinning bout over Lady Buffaloes, 19-15

The Sudan Nettes’ varsity softball team took down the Petersburg Lady Buffaloes on Saturday, 19-15.With the win, the Nettes improved to 9- 7- 1 overall on the year.Danielle Mitchell pitched a complete game, going nine innings in the circle.

The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity softball team took their first meeting with the Roosevelt Lady Eagles on the road on Monday, 14-6.With the win, the Lady Cats improved to 11-5 overall, 3-2 in district play.

The Littlefield varsity track teams competed in their first full meet of the season at the Mule Relays in Muleshoe last Friday with the Wildcats taking fourth overall with 76 points and the Lady Cats finishing fifth overall with 81 points.
