The Anton Bulldogs and Lady Dogs’ varsity track teams competed at the District 3 and 4 1A Area Track Meet in Vega last Tuesday. Individual results are as follows: Girl’s 100-meter dash 7 th Bridgette Thomas 15.14 Boy’s 100-meter dash 1 st Quinton Sherrod 12.

Sudan athletes qualify for 2A Regional Track Meet

The Sudan Hornets and Nettes’ varsity track teams competed at the District 5 and 6 2A Area Track Meet at Post High School on April 9 th , with the girls placing third overall with 102 points and the boys finishing ninth overall with 19 points.

The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity baseball team swept the first half of district play on Tuesday night with a, 16-4, run-rule victory over the Brownfield Cubs at Wildcat Field. With the win, the Wildcats improve to 13-6 overall, 4-0 in district play.

The Littlefield Wildcat and Lady Cats’ varsity track teams competed at the 3A Area Track Meet at Denver City with the boys placing fifth overall with 70 points and the girls finishing seventh with 47 points. Individual results are as follows: Boy’s 100-meter dash 3 rd Javier Ibarra 11.

HEADING TO REGIONALS – The Littlefield varsity girl’s 4x100-meter relay team of Geyah Garza, Emily, Champion, Kennadi Hanlin and Lindsey Coffman took third place with a time of 51.71 at the Area Meet in Denver City on Thursday to advance to Regionals.
