Nettes rally past Abernathy, 57-51

The Sudan Nettes’ varsity basketball team rallied back on the road on Tuesday to take down Abernathy, 57-51. With the win, the Nettes are 4-0 overall on the season.

Lady Wolverines fall to Lady Mules, 39-30

The Springlake-Earth Lady Wolverines’ varsity basketball team came up short in their home loss to the Muleshoe Lady Mules last week, 39-30. With the loss, the Lady Wolverines fall to 0-2 overall on the season.

Fillies bring home post-season honors

The Olton Fillies’ varsity volleyball team had several athletes represent them on the 2021 All-District teams. Leading the way for the Fillies was Evelyn Matute, who finished the season as Co-Defensive MVP.

MUSTANGS RIDE PAST BULLDOGS IN OPENER, 87-39

The Olton Mustangs’ varsity basketball team opened their season on Tuesday with a home win over Tahoka, 87-39. With the win, the Mustangs are 1-0 overall to begin the 2021-22 campaign.

ANTON BULLDOGS ARE BI-DISTRICT CHAMPIONS

2021 BI-DISTRICT CHAMPIONS – The Anton Bulldogs’ varsity football team went on the road and took down the Sands Mustangs, 72-30, to advanced to the Six-Man D2 Regional Round of the play-offs. They will be battling the Follett Panthers in the second round at Claude High School on Friday at 6:30 p.m.

Nettes take down Claude, 56-30

The 2A #11 Sudan Nettes’ varsity basketball team defeated 1A #2 Claude, 56-30, at the Jim Wilcoxson Girl’s Basketball Showcase at Randall High School on Saturday. With the win, the Nettes improve to 3-0 overall on the season.
