REMINDER: Spay & Neuter your Pets

It is that time of the season that we are asking our citizens to please get your pets spayed and neutered. Last year over 17 litters of puppies made their way through the shelter. Unwanted puppies bring unwanted problems.

The Plains Cotton Growers Inc. 66th Annual Meeting has been set for Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at the Overton Hotel and Conference Center in Lubbock. Walk-in registration as well as a buffet breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m., and the program will commence at 9:00 a.m.

FBC of Springlake to hold Marriage Conference

First Baptist Church of Spriglake, TX is holding a Marriage Conference: A Cord of Three Strands, Ecclesiastes 4:12, on Friday, March 31st and Saturday, April 1st. The cost of the conference is $40/couple, scholarships are available. There will also be meals, door prizes and gift bags provided.
