The wild 2023 Men’s NCAA Basketball Tournament came to an end on Monday night, as the UConn Huskies defeated the San Diego State Aztecs, 76-58, to claim their fifth men’s basketball National Title.

The Dunbar Community Association (DCA) hosted their first annual Valentine’s banquet, February 11, 2023. This event was the first major scholarship fundraiser. DCA is an organization developed to support the citizens of the Dunbar Community and beyond.

Retired Teachers Assoc. to deliver books to Olton ISD

Lamb County Retired Teachers Association will meet on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall of Littlefield’s First United Methodist Church at 700 E. 14th Street. They will travel to Olton I.S.D. to deliver books to the second grade students.

Lfd. School Board holds regular meeting

The Littlefield Independent School District’s Board of Trustees met in regular session last Thursday, March 23rd, at noon in the Board Room of the Jerry Blakely Administration Building to discuss a 13-item agenda. The meeting was called to order at 12 p.m.
