Motion to Dismiss
On Wednesday, March 8, 2023, a request from the Lamb County District Attorney’s office, that the court dismiss the criminal action against Juanita Consuelo Trevino, for the reason: “Plea in another case/count DCR-6322-23, DCR6323-23 and CCR-18020 with punishment assessed.”
The judge’s order of dismissal states: “The foregoing motion having been presented to me on the 8th day of March, A.D. 2023, and the same having been considered, it is, therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the above styled and numbered case be and the same is hereby Dismissed.
