The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity basketball team clipped the Hale Center Lady Owls last Thursday in the semi-finals of the 32nd annual Wildcat Classic Holiday Basketball Tournament, 47-37, to advance to the championship game.

Nettes cruise past Fillies in district action

The Sudan Nettes’ varsity basketball team cruised to victory over the Olton Fillies on Tuesday in district play, 62-22. With the win, the Nettes improve to 15-5 overall, 3-1 in district play, while the Fillies fall to 2-11 overall, 2-2 in district play.
