The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity cross country team competed at the LCU Chaparral Invitational this past weekend, finished fourth place in their division. The Lady Cats were led by Brianna Castillo, who finished 24 th with a time of 15:59.70.

Wolverines cross country team takes first at LCU

The Springlake-Earth Wolverines varsity cross country team took first place overall at the LCU Chaparral Invitational on Friday with a combined time of 1:43.01.60. They were led by junior, Josh Samaron, who placed second overall with a time of 19:21.90, and junior, Kaden Castillo, who placed third with a time of 20:25.20.

Hornets place third at LCU

The Sudan Hornets’ varsity cross country team placed third in their division at the LCU Chaparral Invitational this past weekend with a combined time of 2:00:31.11. The Hornets were led by freshman, Enrique Gonzalez, who finished 13 th with a time of 22:58.70.
