Wolverines’ JH cross country team places second at district meet

The Springlake-Earth Wolverines’ junior high cross country team finished as the District 4-A Runner-up last week with 36 points.

Luis Fuentes led the team, placing fourth overall with a time of 13:03.50, while Neimiah Castillo finished sixth with a time of 13:58.78.

Joshua Tovar finished 11^th with a time of 15:24.34, while Kaleb Castillo finished 12^th with a time of 16:07.25. Jacob Friesen finished 13^th with a time of 16:29.66 and Alex Compos finished 14^th with a time of 16:46.59.
