The Sudan Nettes’ varsity cross country team competed at the Lubbock ISD Invitational on Saturday, where they placed ninth overall with a total of 262 points.
Freshman, Addisyn Harrell, led the team, placing 17 th overall with a time of 13:59.5. Senior, Hailey Flores, finished 43 rd with a time of 14:53.8, while freshman, Edette Herrera, finished 68 th , clocking a time of 15:30.3.
Senior, Heidi Pinion-Muniz, finished 69 th with a time of 15:34.2, while senior, Olivia Montes, finished 73 rd with a time of 15:37.9, and senior, Elora Thorn finished 85 th with a time of 15:57.4.
The Nettes will be in action again on Saturday, Oct. 2 nd , at Sundown.
