Mustangs take fourth at LCU Invitational

The Olton Mustangs’ varsity cross country team competed at the LCU Chaparral Invitational this past weekend, as they placed fourth in their division.

The Mustangs were led by junior, Alejandro Santillan Favela, who finished 18 ^th with a time of 22:19.20 and junior, Chris Urbina, who finished 20 ^th with a time of 22:55.60.

Sophomore, Jose Canchola, finished 21 ^st with a time of 23:03.30, while senior, Jimmy Guerrero, finished 22 ^nd with a time of 23:06.60, and senior, Jayton Riney, finished 23 ^rd with a time of 23:36.00.

Sophomore, Nick Casares, finished 25 ^th with a time of 23:53.30, while sophomore, Paul Lopez, finished 27 ^th with a time of 30:04.80.
