Mustangs place 15th at Oil Patch Invitational in Sundown

The Olton Mustangs’ varsity cross country team competed at the Oil Patch Invitational in Sundown on Saturday where they finished 15th as a team with 411 points.

Sophomore, Harry Amador, led the Mustangs finishing 49th overall with a time of 20:35.55.

Senior, Javan Bueno, finished 95th overall with a time of 23:31.53, while freshman, Brennen Meredith, finished 115th with a time of 28:15.29. Junior, Jimmy Munoz, finished 118th with a time of 28:38.00, while junior, Carlos Saenz, finished 119th with a time of 28.44.50.
