Mustangs earn All-District basketball post-season honors

The Olton Mustangs’ varsity basketball team finished the season as 2A Regional Semi-Finalists this year and earned several postseason All-District Honors.

Senior, Chris Urbina, headlined the lists, earning the District’s MVP Award, while junior, Jake Soliz, was named the District’s Defensive MVP and Head Coach Bobby Workman was named Co-Coach of the Year for the District.

Senior, Alex Santillan, as well as juniors, Andrew Martinez and Brennon Huguley, earned All-District Honors, while senior, Joe Canchola, was named to the All-District Defensive Team.
