The Springlake-Earth Lady Wolverines’ cross country team competed at Plainview last weekend finishing fourth as a team with 94 points.

The Lady Wolverines were led by freshman, Taytum Goodman, who placed first overall with a time of 11:00.22 and freshman, DeDe Delgado, who finished 10th overall with a time of 13:35.74.

Freshman, Angelina Tovar, finished 30th with a time of 15:17.83, while junior, Mahalia Delgado finished 33rd with a time of 15:35.96, and Mimi Medina finished 37th with a time of 15:57.38.

Freshman, Adamarie Hernandez, finished 45th with a time of 16:25.13, while senior, Carsann Baker, finished 47 th with a time of 16:38.58, and junior Kimberly Cruz, finished 50 th with a time of 16:55.53.

Junior, Katy Jones, finished 51st with a time of 17:06.37 and junior, Jacksiry Figueroa, finished 55th with a time of 18:49.99.

The Lady Wolverines will be back in action on Saturday, as they compete in Lubbock.
