Anton Lady Dogs compete at LCU Chaps Invitational

The Anton Lady Dogs’ cross country team finished 31 ^st overall out of 36 teams in the small school division with 775 points on Saturday at the LCU Chaps High School Invitational.

Junior, Andalesia Alonzo-Rivera, led the team finishing 154 ^th overall with a time of 15:36.00. Sophomore, Madison Campos finished 175 with a time of 16:09.00, while Jessica Rodriguez finished 194 th with a time of 16:41.80.

Freshman, Isabella Juarez, finished 199 ^th with a time of 16:47.30 while junior, Bridget Thomas, fin ished 201 st with a time of 16:48.50. Cienna Castillo finished 211 th with a time of 17:05.30.

Junior, Aracely Champion, finished 262 ^nd with a time of 20:52.20, while sophomore, Alexis Hoover, finished 265 ^th with a time of 23:13.00.
