The Sudan Nettes’ varsity basketball team fell in their third game of the Frenship Tournament on Saturday with a, 73-47, loss to Idalou.
With the loss, the Nettes improve to 5-2 overall on the season.
Idalou took a, 13-8, lead at the end of quarter number one, but the Nettes bounced back in the second frame, netting 14 points, as they trailed the Lady Cats at the break, 32-22.
In the third quarter, Idalou outscored the Nettes, 19-17, to make the score, 51-39, heading into the final quarter of play. But, in the final frame, Idalou would pour in 22 points to take down the Nettes, 73-47.
Addison Boehning tallied 22 points, three steals and one assist, while Gracyn Shultz chipped in 13 points and Stevi Lockhart added eight points, four steals, one rebound, one assist and one block.
Sydney Cornelius chipped in three points, one rebound and one steal, while Braelyn Pointer, added one points, two rebounds and two steals and Landree Gonzales chipped in three rebounds.
Elaine Martinez added one assist and one steal in the contest.
