Ranch Day Canceled

Ranch Day will be CANCELED tomorrow, April 20, due to the weather and out of consideration for our many volunteers. This decision has been made with the understanding that many volunteers may be traveling and handling livestock.

Administrative Professionals Day Luncheon set for Wednesday

Plans are well underway for the 2024 Administrative Professionals Day Luncheon, which is being sponsored by the Littlefield Rotary Club. The fun-time event will be served Wednesday, April 24, 2024, starting at 11:30 a.m., in the MAC Center of First Baptist Church, 400 East 6th Street.

Lamb County City Councils and School Boards will be conducting elections Saturday, May 6, 2023. LITTLEFIELD Littlefield City Council Election General Election will be held jointly with the Littlefield Independent School District election on Saturday, May 4, 2024, for the purpose of electing two (2) City Council members for District 1 and District 2 to fill expiring terms on the Littlefield City Council and for District 3 on the Littlefield Independent School Board.

Plains Cotton Growers Elect Officers

At the Plains Cotton Growers Board of Directors Meeting April 1, the organization conducted officer and executive committee elections. PCG board chairman Brent Nelson rotated off of the officer team, but will continue serving on the PCG PAC board as a trustee.
