Fillies hang on to win 5-set thriller over Talkington, 3-2

The Olton Fillies’ varsity volleyball team held on home Tuesday night to win a five- set thriller over Talkington, 3-2.With the win, the Fillies improve to 8-13 overall on the year.

Hornets sting bulldogs, 40-14

The Sudan Hornets’ varsity football team stayed unbeaten on Friday night, taking down the Tahoka Bulldogs at home, 40-12.With the win, the Hornets improve to 2-0 overall on the year.The Hornets totaled 401 yards of offense, including 234 rushing yards and 167 passing yards.

Noah Villanueva leads varsity Wildcats XC team to third place team finish at Dimmitt

The Littlefield varsity boy’s cross country teams competed at the Dimmitt Invitational on August 30th, where they placed third overall as a team with 75 points and the JV boys finished 2nd as a team with 56 points.

Myah Castillo leads JH Lady Cats at Dimmitt Invt.

The Littlefield junior high girl’s cross country team competed at the Dimmitt Invitational on August 30th, where they placed third overall as a team with 199 points.They were led by Myah Castillo, who placed 10th overall with a time of 15:37.
