ALL-STAR SELECTION – Amherst’s Omar Reyes Jr., will be strapping on the football pads for one more game, as he was selected to play in an All-Star game in Wichita Falls, Texas, on July 16th . The game will be at 7:30 p.m. at Midwestern State University.

THIRD PLACE – The 14u Lady Cats softball team competed in Houma, LA, at the Southwest Regional Babe Ruth Fast Pitch Softball Tournament. In bracket play, the Lady Cats beat JPRD West 14u, 7- 1. But, they lost to Muleshoe, 15-0, then lost to JPRD West, 10-2, to get third. (Submitted Photo)

The Littlefield Wildcats Babe Ruth baseball team will be hosting the 2021 Babe Ruth State Baseball Tournament July 7 th -11 th . They have a bye in the first round and will play the winner of Hereford and Andrews on Thursday at 3 p.m. at Wildcat Field.

13-15 BABE RUTH DISTRICT CHAMPIONS – The Littlefield Wildcats Babe Ruth All-Star Team beat Sudan, 17-1, Sundown, 2-1, and Parmer County, 17-1, to claim the District Championship this past weekend.

Littlefield will be holding a Wildcat Football Camp this summer for incoming fourth through ninth graders. The Camp will be held July 26th - 28th from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Wildcat Stadium. The Cost is $30 after July 1st , which includes a camp t-shirt.
