Ryan Duran and Vincent Gallegos were the first place winners of the cornhole tournament at the annual Sandhills Celebration. They won $820 in prize money. Eddie Rios and KC Soliz took second place in the cornhole tournament at the annual Sandhills Celebration last week.

The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity volleyball team picked up their first win of the season on Tuesday over the Lubbock Titans, 2-0. With the win, the Lady Cats improve to 1-1 overall on the season.

The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity volleyball team dropped a close match to the Lubbock Christian Lady Eagles, 0-2, on Tuesday during their dual. With the loss, the Lady Cats fall to 1-2 overall on the season.

The seasonal reserved Wildcat Football Tickets will be on sale beginning Monday, August 14th through Tuesday, August 31st at the Central Administration Offices, located at 1207 East 14th Street. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon), and again from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
