The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity basketball team resumed play after the Christmas break on Tuesday, cruising to a home victory over the Levelland Lobos, 72-34, at Wildcat Gym. With the win, the Wildcats improve to 17-3 overall, 0-1 in district play.

The Littlefield Lady Cats’ varsity basketball team dropped a heart-breaker to the Clarendon Lady Broncos on Friday in the 32nd annual Wildcat Classic Championship, 36-34. With the loss the Lady Cats finish tournament play for the week, 2-1, improve to 14-6 overall, 3-0 in district play.
