The Sudan Hornets inaugural season was capped on with several post season awards, headlined by freshman, Caleb Groetken, who was the District 3-2A Newcomer of the Year.
Trent Wilson earned first team All-District outfielder, while Jesus Salas was named first team All-District pitcher. Julian Salas earned first team All-District Utility player, while Truett Kerby was named a first team All-District middle infielder and he also earned THSCA second team Academic All-State honors.
Marcello King earned second team All-District infielder, while Jon Conley was named second team All-District Designated Hitter.
Matthew Lopez and Salvador Juarez earned Honorable Mention All-District honors.
