The Springlake-Earth Lady Wolverines’ varsity basketball team fell to the Happy Cowgirls on Tuesday, 42-30.
With the loss, the Lady Wolverines fall to, 9-16 overall, 3-5 in district play.
The Lady Wolverines were led in scoring by Emma Samaron, who tallied 12 points and seven rebounds. Taytum Goodman chipped in nine points, seven rebounds, three assists and one steal, while Halee Toscano contributed Nine points, two steals and one rebound.
Sydney Furr added three rebounds and four steals, while Jasmine Garcia chipped in one steal and Aryca Ibarra finished with one rebound.
The Lady Wolverines were at Hart on Friday. Results were not available at press time. They will close out the regular season on Tuesday with a home game against Lazbuddie.
Tip-off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
