The Olton Mustang cross country team competed at the 2A Regional Cross Country Meet at Mae Simmons Park in Lubbock on Monday, where they finished 11th overall with 325 points.
The Mustangs were led by junior, Jacob Escobar, who placed 34th overall with a time of 19-02.50. Sophomore, Harry Amador, fin-ished 47th with a time of 19:36.40, while freshman, Sebastian Sparkman, finished 71st with a time of 20:14.0.
Senior, Javan Bueno, finished 85th with a time of 20:56.2, while junior, Jimmy Munoz, finished 128th with a time of 22:45.70, and junior, Carlos Saenz, finished 142nd with a time of 23:58.50. Freshman, Brennen Meredith, finished 160th with a time of 28:12.40.
