The Sudan Nettes dropped their second meeting of the season with the Farwell Lady Blue on Friday, falling at home, 83-32.
With the loss, the Nettes fall to 17-11 overall, 4-3 in district play.
The Lady Blue came out of the gates on fire, pouring in 29 points in the opening quarter to take a, 29-11, lead into quarter number two. Farwell poured in 20 points in the second frame to take a, 4916, lead into the locker room at halftime.
Sudan tallied six points in the third quarter and 10 points in the fourth quarter, falling to Farwell, 83-32.
Haylee Toscano led the team in scoring with eight points, to go along with seven rebounds and one steal. Addison Cornelius tallied seven points, five rebounds, two assists and one steal, while Erica Herrera chipped in six points, eight rebounds, one steal and one block, and Edette Herrera contributed five points, four rebounds, one assist and one steal.
Lexi Jennings added four points and two rebounds, while Masyn Provence finished with two points, one rebound and one steal in the contest.
The Nettes traveled to Bovina on Tuesday to take on the Fillies. Results were not available at press time. They will continue their season on Friday with a home game against Olton.
Tip-off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
