The Springlake-Earth Lady Wolverines’ varsity basketball team took down Anton on Tuesday, 50-37, to stay unbeaten in district play.
With the win, the Lady Wolverines improve to 19-7 overall, 10-0 in district play.
Sayler Beerwinkle led the team in scoring with 20 points, and she was joined in double-figures scoring by Halee Toscano, who finished with 18 points. Emma Samaron and Sydney Furr each finished with four points, while Taytum Goodman and Mahalia Delgado each added two points in the contest.
The Lady Wolverines hosted Kress on Friday. Results were not available at press time. They will close out the regular season on Tuesday with a home game against Amherst.
Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m.
