It Is Necessary That We Die...

Something that happens to every living thing, being people, plants, animals and other things. Someone said “ the only requirement to die is t be born”.

According to the Bible the average life span is 70 years, death is experienced by children, youth, adults and naturally the elderly.

Would it not be interesting for us to plan and organize our lives? You might tell me, but how if I don’t know how many years I am going to live. It’s true but we can plan until we retire and if we die before we don’t lose anything, if we die of old age we do lose alot.

Do you know that biologically, our bodies die each day that passes? If you are a person that is over 50, your reflexes are not the same. Each stage of our lives has something interesting and boredom or neglect should not exist in us.

It is necessary that we die and no nothing can take this cup that we must drink.

As a pastor I give you some advice:

1) Maintain a healthy diet without going hungry

2) Take care of your health, have a good night’s sleep and avoid stress.

3) Take your spiritual life seriously if you believe there is a God that created us.

4) Surround yourself with people that make your life pleasant.

I t does not matter how old you are, live your life to the maximum as healthy as you can.

God bless you
