Don Shirley, 84, of Gunter, TX passed from this life February 12, 2022 at Lake Point Memory Care Center in Denison. He had lived in Lubbock many years until moving to Gunter last year. Funeral Services were held Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 1:30 p.m.

Rudy Rodriguez, 59, of Littlefield passed away Sunday, Feb. 13, 2022 in Lubbock. He was born Aug. 2, 1962 in Houston to Raymond and Feliciana Rodriguez. Rudy worked at American Cotton Growers for 35 years. He enjoyed wrestling, watching football and TV and listening to Elvis music.

Doyle Franklin Bishop

Doyle Franklin Bishop, age 78, of Littlefield, Texas passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022. He was born August 14, 1943 in Anton, Texas to Adair and Electa Bishop. Doyle was a member of the local Boy Scouts and ran the hurdles in high school.

Karen Franklin

Littlefield passed away Friday, February 11, 2022 in Lubbock. She was born April 4, 1943 in Levelland, Texas to Bryant and Hazel (Wright) Armour. Karen worked for many years at Littlefield ISD in the old Primary School building.

Manuel Cruz, 74, of Lubbock, passed away Saturday, Feb. 5, 2022 in Lubbock. He was born Dec. 17, 1947 in Aguascalientes, Mexico to Refugio Cruz and Josephina Lopez Cruz. Manuel married Manola Ibarra on Sept. 16, 1967 in Lubbock. He worked at Sudan Feeders for many years before retiring.

Evangelina Seballez Hernandez, 79, of Littlefield passed away Sunday, Feb.6, 2022 in Lubbock. She was born Sept. 27, 1942 in Premont, TX to Jesus Seballez and Adela Quintanilla Seballez. Evangelina married Roy B. Hernandez on Jan. 23, 1962 in Sweetwater, TX.

Mike Perez, 39, of Bovina and formerly of Olton, died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022, in Bovina, TX. Rosary was said Tuesday evening, Feb. 8, 2022, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Olton. Mass was celebrated Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 9, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with Father Jeremy Trull officiating.
