The District 3 Division I Six-Man All-District teams were announced on Thursday, headlined by Offensive MVP, senior Jerry Gallegos; Defensive MVP, senior, Roel Fuentes and Six-Man Coach of the Year, James Ball.
First team All-District offensive selections were senior tight end, Dereck Rosales; junior tight center, Gavin Gonzales; fullback, Fuentes and junior utility back, JJ Jaramillo.
First team All-District defensive selections were defensive lineman, Rosales; junior linebacker, Slade Beerwinkle; cornerback, Jaramillo; senior safety, Cain Tovar and Punter, Jaramillo.
Second team offensive selections were sophomore tight end, Tyler Tanaro; sophomore wide receiver, Timothy Tovar; quarterback, Beerwinkle and junior fullback, Alejandro Gonzalez.
Second team defensive selection was cornerback, Gonzales.
Those earning Honorable Mention were senior cornerback, Alex Alvarez; senior kicker Micah Sanchez; special teams, freshman, Froylan Agundiz; freshman, Josh Tovar; freshman, Kaleb Castillo and freshman, Donovan Stiggers.
