The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity cross country team competed at the District 3-3A Cross Country Meet on Tuesday at Mae Simmons Park in Lubbock, where they finished fifth as a team with 130 points.
They were led by sophomore, Brandon Marines, who finished 22nd overall with a time of 20:59.75. Junior, Brady Saenz, finished 24th overall with a time of 21:06.13, while Nathan Rodriguez finished 25th with a time of 21:15.39.
Damon Salazar finished 37th with a time of 22:50.99, and sophomore, Caiden Meiwes, finished 39th with a time of 24:40.49.
