The Springlake-Earth Wolverine Cross Country Team competed at the District Meet in Plainview on Tuesday, where Kaylob Frietze qualified for the Regional Meet, placing third overall with a time of 19:00.00.
Josiah Castillo also competed in the race, finishing 19th overall with a time of 24:12.
Frietze will compete on at the Regional Cross Country Meet on Oct. 20th at 12:30 p.m. at Mae Simmons Park in Lubbock, for his chance to head to the State Cross Country Meet in Round Rock.
