The Littlefield Wildcat and Lady Cats’ junior high cross country teams competed at the Oil Patch Invitational in Sundown on Saturday.
On the boy’s side, Sammy Saenz placed 11th overall with a time of 13:40.35, while Ayden Arredondo finished 26th overall with a time of 14:33.87.
Aydan Simpson finished 38th overall with a time of 15:02.23, while Carlos Almance finished 69th with a time of 16:17.63, and Zaidyn Leal finished 73rd with a time of 16: 37.17. Nehemiah Beanes finsihed 97th with a time of 18:16.16.
On the girl’s side, Adrianna Caudillo led the way placing 11th overall with a time of 15:39.13. Bailee Griffin finished 22nd overall with a time of 15:54.21, while Anaei Ojeda finished 33rd with a time of 16:16.61, and London Taylor finished 34th with a time of 16:17.07.
Zalise Davis finished 35th overall with a time of 16:18.15, while Evelynn Castillo finished 40th overall with a time of 16:29.84, and Leah Galan finished 67th with a time of 17:38.24. Jazmine Alamance finished 69th with a time of 17:39.25, while Kat Hill finished 97th overall with a time of 18:58.93.
Addy Rodriguez finished 111th with a time of 19:56.31, while Angelina Martinez finished 117th with a time of 20:20.14, and Janella Rodriguez finsihed 118th with a time of 20:22.30. Isaiahla Garza finished 120th with a time of 20:27.15.
The Littlefield junior high cross country teams will be competing at District on Oct. 10th.
