Arrington leads Letter to Appropriators in Support of Cotton Farmers

High Plains Water District is now enrolling producers to participate in its Irrigation Assessment Program for crops in 2023. Since 2013, cooperating producers have volunteered to have their center pivot or subsurface drip irrigation system evaluated by HPWD Field Technicians.

Lamb County Library end of December schedule

The Lamb County Library has released the December newsletter. Teen Night will be meeting Dec. 29th and the theme will be Music Night. Toddler Time will be held every Tuesday, at 9:30 a.m. only. Toddler Time is from newborns to two-years-old.

County Library needs all kind of book donations

The Lamb County Library needs more books, and graciously accepts all kinds of book donations. No appointment is needed. Books can be dropped off in the library’s drop box on the east side of the library, located at 110 E. 6th Street.
