U.S. Postal Service New Prices for July 2024

The U. S. Postal Service filed notice with the Postal Regulatory Commission of mailing services price changes to take effect July 14, 2024. The new rates include a 5-cent increase in the price of a First-Class Mail Forever stamp from 68 cents to 73 cents.

Commissioners to meet Monday

A meeting of the Lamb County Commissioners’ Court will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, July 8, 2024, in the Lamb County Courthouse, where a 7—item agenda will be considered for appropriate action.After the Call to order, the public may request to make a public comment on any of the agenda items.

Flatland Music Festival set for July 19 and 20

The Flatland Music Festival is set for July 19th and 20th kicking off with a Block Party on Friday night.The event will take place at the Palace Park on July 19th at 7 p.m. featuring the Legal Limit Band.The event will be family-friendly featuring food trucks, fun and games.
